Meet Our Leadership Team

REIN’s Board of Directors is elected by REIN broker-stockholders. All Board Members are either principal or managing brokers of a stockholder-member firm, each serving two-year terms. The Board of Directors is authorized to make rules and regulation changes and to set the fiscal policies of the organization.

The Executive Vice President is responsible for day-to-day operations and administration. REIN also designates Committee Members to guide targeted initiatives and ideas.

REIN Committees 

REIN’s committees play an important role within our organization.  From ensuring that we adhere to state regulations to making certain that the company is fiscally sound, our committee members are an integral part of our success.

2025 Sales Manager Advisory Committee (SMAC)

The Sales Managers Advisory Committee is composed of nine sales managers who meet monthly to create and maintain all REIN proprietary forms and contracts and to ensure that forms meet state and federal regulations.

2025 Property Management Advisory Committee (PMAC)

The Property Management Advisory Committee is composed of seven property managers who create and maintain all REIN proprietary rental and property management forms and ensure that forms meet state and federal regulations.

2025 Technology Committee

The Technology Committee is charged with evaluating new products and services, as well as reviewing REIN’s Internet Display rules and analyzing the impact of any proposed enhancements or new technologies.
