Changing Listing Status in Matrix

Yes. Matrix has specific fields for this:

Login to Matrix and go to the Input Tab. Select Modify Existing at the prompt and enter the MLS#, then click Modify. Under Manage Options, select Open House. Select Public Live Stream Open from the Open House Type field and complete the rest of the required fields.

Once logged into Matrix, right click on the internet tab and select Duplicate tab. This can also be accomplished by clicking Ctrl K. This will continue your login session, but will give you the opportunity to run more than one screen at a time.

Please note: It is not recommended to choose New tab as this will log you into another session and will cause connectivity issues with the single sign-on technology.

Keep in mind, although Matrix only allows for you to run one search at a time, the Recent Searches drop down menu (under the Matrix Logout button) will retain the last 50 searches, up to a week’s time. This tool is perfect when needing to jump from one search to another, then back to an older search.
