The Hot Sheet and Market Watch widgets are fully customizable. The Hot Sheet widget displays all listings in the MLS system based on a particular Property Type. Using the drop down menu, the Hot Sheet offers updated results for the last 24 hours, today, 3 days back, 7 days back, your current session or a custom timeframe. The Market Watch widget displays all listings in the MLS system that match the corresponding Change Type, based on your preferred criteria. Run an updated list of results by clicking on the drop down menu and choosing from 24 hours, today, 3 days back or 7 days back.

1. Log into Matrix
2. Click on the My Matrix tab
3. Go to contacts
4. Put check marks by the ones you want to export or put a check mark in the box by the header name and all will be selected
5. Click on export selected
6. Then you can open the file or save it as a Excel csv file
7. It will open in Excel, you may have to tweak the cells to get the fields you want to display

How can I search for my transactions as the Listing Agent?

1. Hover over the Search tab and choose the Cross Property search.
2. Scroll down and identify if all fields for the search are included. Date Status Change and Agent Listing ID will need to be included. If not, then click the link labeled Add to add them to the Additional Fields.
3. Once all fields have been added, then verify Sold is only checked for the Status, select the specific Property Types needed, enter the date range for Date Status Change and then enter your Agent/REIN ID for Agent Listing ID.
4. Click the Results tab to access the 1-Line Results grid of the sold listings.

How can I search for my transactions as the Listing Agent AND Selling Agent?

1. Hover over the Search tab and choose the Cross Property search.
2. Scroll down and identify if all fields for the search are included. Date Status Change, Agent Listing ID and Agent Selling ID will need to be included. If not, then click the link labeled Add to add them to the Additional Fields.
3. Once all fields have been added, then verify Sold is only checked for the Status, select the specific Property Types needed, enter the date range for Date Status Change, enter your Agent/REIN ID for Agent Listing ID and then enter your Agent/REIN ID for Agent Selling ID.
4. Click the Results tab to access the 1-Line Results grid of the sold listings where you are the Listings Agent and the Selling Agent.

How can I search for my transactions as the Listing Agent OR Selling Agent?

1. Hover over the Search tab and choose the Cross Property search.
2. Scroll down and identify if all fields for the search are included. Date Status Change will need to be included. If it is not, then click the link labeled Add to add it to the Additional Fields.
3. Once all fields are added, then verify Sold is only checked for the Status, select the specific Property Types needed, enter the date range for Date Status Change, enter your Agent/REIN ID for or choose the magnify glass to look up your Agent/REIN ID.
4. Click the Results tab to access the 1-Line Results grid of the sold listings.
