REIN MLS Announces Its 2025 Board of Directors

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – The Real Estate Information Network, Inc. (REIN) has appointed its Board of Directors for 2025. As the multiple listing service (MLS) for the Hampton Roads region, REIN works with its members to ensure consumers have equal access to a platform that delivers listings to all potential home buyers and home sellers.

REIN’s Board President for 2025 is Barbara Wolcott, Principal Broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices RW Towne Realty, who last year served as Vice President of the Board.

“Our Board of Directors has many years of experience in real estate, representing all aspects of residential sales and property management,” said Wolcott. “The decisions we make as a board directly impact thousands of real estate professionals across Hampton Roads, and those decisions are made with our buyers and sellers in mind.”

Joining Wolcott on the Executive Committee are Kimberly Plourde, Principal Broker for EXIT Realty Central as Vice President; John Chandler, Principal Broker for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices RW Towne Property Management as Treasurer; and Cavelle Mollineaux, Principal Broker for ONYX Realty Professionals as Secretary.

Directors include Lee Cross, Managing Broker with Cross Realty; Amy Doll, Principal Broker with RE/MAX Alliance VB; Gary Lundholm, Principal Broker for The Real Estate Group; Barry Nachman, Managing Broker for Century 21 Nachman Realty; and Nash Wainwright, Principal Broker for Wainwright Real Estate.

“The Board of Directors made some important decisions in the past year, including a data sharing agreement with Central Virginia Regional MLS,” Wolcott said. “The board felt that decision could help REIN member-agents broaden their reach and better serve their clients.”

Wolcott said REIN and the Board of Directors strive to ensure that REIN members have access to the tools, training, and access to listings that real estate professionals need to succeed.

REIN has served real estate professionals across the region since 1969, with offices in Virginia Beach, Hampton, and Portsmouth. Listings include properties as far north as Williamsburg, Gloucester, and the Eastern Shore; west into Suffolk and Franklin; and south into Moyock, Elizabeth City, and Edenton in North Carolina.
