September is Agent Safety Month

As you manage achieving your business goals and supporting our local community, REIN wants to ensure that you prioritize your safety while going about your day.

September is Safety Month. Are you practicing good safety habits while meeting with strangers, showing homes, and driving clients around the city? Here are a few REIN products that can help you make it home safely.

Supra eKEY app 
The Supra eKEY app is equipped with a feature that gives agents a discreet method for scheduling and sending an alert message to priority contacts. 

  • Log into the SupraWeb agent website.
  • Next, select the eKEY alerts link from the menu on the right.
  • Accept the service agreement.
  • Check “Enable Service.”
  • Then enter the contact names and phone numbers (there’s an instructions page for setting alerts to be sent via text).
  • Enter your message and click save.

Remine Mobile 
Remine allows for timed alerts to be sent to contacts, and you can include the name of the client to whom you’re giving a showing.

  • Open the app and go to the property you are showing.
  • In the top right click on the three dots, or ellipsis, and input the name of the existing client to whom you’re giving a showing, or add a new one. 
  • Set the timer to the appropriate length of time.
  • Click edit and select your trusted contact/contacts.

There’s also an option to send an immediate distress alert or extend the timer.

Your safety is more important than landing the next client or closing on a home. We urge you to always be aware of your surroundings and communicate with your peers about where you are and who you plan to meet with.
