Stay Connected to REIN MLS while Engaged with Clients on the go

MLS-Touch and OneHome are Now Available!

In an effort to help REIN members stay connected to the MLS and engaged with clients while on the go, REIN launched two new, powerful tools: MLS-Touch and OneHome, both by CoreLogic.

MLS-Touch

MLS-Touch is a mobile app that offers a seamless mobile and desktop ecosystem, which provides access to Matrix and Realist – both in one place. The app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

MLS-Touch allows agents to brand the app as their own, then share it with clients. Below are just a few of the features the app offers:

  • Search the MLS: Using a map view, agents can search for active, pending, and expired listings from their cell phone or tablet (internet connection required).
  • View real-time market stats: Inform sellers and buyers by accessing market statistics instantly. Likewise, MLS-Touch also provides access to hotsheets for the area of your choice.
  • Find comparables: Quickly access and share comparable active listings and recently sold listings to help inform your clients.
  • Brand and Share: Agents can brand and share their own app and give clients access to any and all of the listings in your market.
  • Facebook posts: MLS-Touch can automatically post an agent’s new listings, price reductions, closed sales, and open houses – making your social media life much easier!

But that’s not everything MLS-Touch offers to REIN members. Users can also access flood zone and tax data, as well as property sell scores, while searches can be made for area schools, nearby parks, access to public transit, and more.

OneHome

OneHome is a client portal designed to bring agents and their clients together for easy and effective collaboration. As a matter of fact, the only way a consumer or a client can get access to OneHome is via an invitation from an agent.

Because it is integrated with Matrix, data seamlessly flows between the two.

OneHome also allows agents to easily connect with their clients and track the client’s journey – whether buying or selling – from start to finish. Since OneHome is integrated with Matrix, users can search listings within the MLS. They can also enter their preferences by answering a few questions, then the app will provide listing “matches” using PropertyFit.

An agent who is connected to that consumer will be able to view and follow those preferences as they evolve over time. Agents can also see how their saved searches compare to what their clients appear to want.

OneHome provides access to rich property data, neighborhood insights, location scores, school boundaries, and more. It also helps rank listings by suitability to provide clients with a better search experience, illuminating client behavior so you can better understand their priorities.
