Like Matrix, you also have the ability to save searches and receive notifications using Remine if a property has had a change. To view these searches that you have saved, click on Saved Searches on the left side menu. Click the link below for a quick tutorial to learn more about Remine’s saved search features.

To invite your clients to Remine you would first need to be sure that you have made a custom URL homepage for your Remine account. To get started, click on your Name, then Settings. After set up, you will have the ability to send out invitation to your client’s email. Once the client has accepted the invitation, they will be able to use Remine to notify you of properties they may be interested in.

Remine includes the ability to keep track of properties that you may be interested in. By clicking the Track Star on a property or clicking the Track section you can monitor and watch properties as changes occur. Remine offers a guide with further explanation on how the track feature works.

Remine does include the ability to create and print CMAs to share to your potential clients. When looking at your subject property details, click Create CMA to get started. Remine has provided a video that you can view that will teach you the basics of creating a CMA using the product.
