1. Log into Matrix
2. Click on the My Matrix tab
3. Click on Settings
4. Click on Portal Notifications Settings
5. On this page you can select how and when you want to be notified on your contacts portal activity

How can I search for my firm’s transactions as the Listing Firm?

1. Hover over the Search tab and choose the Cross Property search.
2. Scroll down and identify if all fields for the search are included. Date Status Change and Main List Office will need to be included. If not, then click the link labeled Add to add them to the Additional Fields.
3. Once all fields are added, then verify Sold is only checked for the Status, select the specific Property Types needed, enter the date range for Date Status Change and then enter your firm’s REIN ID for Main List Office.
4. Click the Results tab to access the 1-Line Results grid of the sold listings.

1. Hover over the Search tab and choose the Cross Property search.

4. Click the Results tab to access the 1-Line Results grid of the sold listings.

How can I search for my firm’s transactions as the Listing Firm OR Selling Firm?

1. Perform the same search in question number 2 above.
2. Perform two separate searches:

• Add your firm’s ID in the Main List Office field for one search.
• Add your firm’s ID in the Main Sale Office field for the other one.
